Ginger exporters said that in the last months of the year, ginger orders for the US, India, UAE and Pakistan markets increased sharply, causing prices to rise to record highs.

At gardeners, ginger is selling for 20,000-26,000 VND per kg (depending on type). For ginger that meets export standards, the price is up to 30,000 VND per kilogram.

According to Vietnam's trade deals in Australia and India... the potential for exporting ginger from Vietnam to these markets is huge.
