Spice products exported from Vietnam are often highly appreciated for their quality and food safety. Many products meet international standards for safety and quality.

In 9 months, Vietnam's ginger exports reached nearly 26 million USD, an increase of 3 times over the same period last year.

The above data has just been compiled by the Vietnam Fruit and Vegetable Association. Accordingly, Vietnamese ginger is increasingly popular in Australia, India, Pakistan and European countries.

In Australia, Vietnamese frozen ginger has just been sold in supermarkets, stores, and online channels. The price of Vietnamese ginger in Australia is about 9-13 AUD per kg (150,000-200,000). Ginger is packaged in half a kilogram or one kilogram mainly for restaurants.

In addition to frozen ginger, Vietnamese processed ginger is also consumed quite strongly. In particular, ginger jam is a very popular product in cold countries.

Ginger exporters said that in the last months of the year, ginger orders for the US, India, UAE and Pakistan markets increased sharply, causing prices to rise to record highs.

At gardeners, ginger is selling for 20,000-26,000 VND per kg (depending on type). For ginger that meets export standards, the price is up to 30,000 VND per kilogram.

According to Vietnam's trade deals in Australia and India... the potential for exporting ginger from Vietnam to these markets is huge. The price of this product is also competitive compared to products from other countries.
